Courtney was told she has a 60 day no-cause eviction notice. She is working on getting this extended and working through the process to find out what her legal rights are. She was surrounded by friends and supporters at her first court date involving her no-cause eviction.at  Multnomah County Court house.

“I may find myself back on the streets again. I am not healthy enough for that. Not healthy enough to live in a germ laden shelter either, if I was able to find a bed in one. There are only 2 women’s shelters in PDX and the wait lists are months long.” Courtney Shannon
